- Most likely, your return is currently either being processed by the returns department or still on the premises of the relevant carrier. We will process your return as quickly as possible and ask for your patience.
- The invoice address can be easily changed in the "My Account" section. You will find it in our shop right under "Login" in the top right corner. That is also where you can register your personal Paulmann customer account. The invoice address can no longer be changed, once your order has been shipped.
- It may have been delayed by the parcel service provider. Please also note that it may take two to three days for funds to be received. Please also make sure that you have received an order confirmation. Alternatively, you can always contact our customer service.
- We offer various payment options for your purchases from our Paulmann online shop: Pre-payment, credit card, PayPal and purchase on account. The payment information is transferred via a secure SSL connection.What is so important about an SSL connection? It ensures that your data is transmitted to us securely and cannot be intercepted by third parties.Choose your preferred payment option. You will not be charged any hidden fees and you also have the option of returning our products in case you aren't happy with your Paulmann lamp.1. PrepaymentThe purchase price is due immediately. You will receive the bank transfer information directly after we receive your order.2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)You will be redirected to the Mastercard/Visa website right after the order process. You can finalise the payment to us, once you have completed the authentication process. Your credit card will be debited immediately. That allows us to process your order right away and dispatch your items as soon as possible.3. PayPalYou make your payment via the online provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5. Floor, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg. You will have to have a registered account with PayPal or create a new one if you haven’t done so yet. You will be redirected to the PayPal website during the order process, where you confirm the payment to us by entering your login details and the transfer amount. Payment for the purchase price will be due immediately.4. Purchase on accountPurchase on account is offered via our payment service provider Universum/Unzer. The ordered goods will be sent to you at the same time as the invoice. The purchase price must be paid within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
- You have 14 days to pay for your order if you choose purchase on account. The purchase price is due immediately for prepayment orders. You will receive the bank transfer information directly after we receive your order.In all other payment methods, the total order amount will be debited to your credit card or PayPal account immediately.
